Банк России продолжает курс на снижение размера ключевой ставки. Сегодня Совет директоров Банка России в очередной раз решил уменьшить размер ключевой ставки на 25 базисных пунктов – с 6,50% до 6,25%. Это уже пятое снижение размера ключевой ставки за последние полгода. Новый размер будет применяться с начала следующей недели (с понедельника, 16 декабря). Об этом сообщила пресс-служба регулятора.
Напомним, в октябре текущего года ключевая ставка была снижена сразу на 50 базисных пунктов – с 7% до 6,5% годовых. Обоснование решения о снижении размера ставки традиционно основано на показателях фактической и ожидаемой динамики инфляции относительно цели, развития экономики на прогнозном горизонте, а также оценке рисков со стороны внутренних и внешних условий и реакции на них финансовых рынков.
По данным Банка России, замедление инфляции происходит быстрее, чем прогнозировалось, инфляционные ожидания населения продолжают снижаться. «Темпы роста российской экономики в III квартале повысились, однако пока сложно оценить их устойчивость. Сохраняются риски существенного замедления мировой экономики. На краткосрочном горизонте дезинфляционные риски по-прежнему преобладают над проинфляционными» – подчеркивается в сообщении. Предполагается, что с учетом проводимой денежно-кредитной политики годовая инфляция составит 3,5-4% по итогам 2020 года и останется вблизи 4% в дальнейшем.
Целесообразность дальнейшего изменения ключевой ставки будет обсуждаться на ближайшем заседании Совета директоров, которое состоится уже в следующем году (оно запланировано на 7 февраля).
