С 1 сентября образовательные дошкольные учреждения вправе использовать разработанную Банком России и Минобрнауки России образовательную программу «Экономическое воспитание дошкольников: формирование предпосылок финансовой грамотности» (https://fincult.info/prepodavanie/base/metodicheskie-materialy/8461/). Она предназначена для детей в возрасте от пяти до семи лет и состоит из четырех блоков, связанных между собой задачами и содержанием:
«Труд и продукт (товар)»; «Деньги и цена (стоимость)»; «Реклама: правда и ложь, разум и чувства, желания и возможности»; «Полезные экономические навыки и привычки в быту».
Экономическому воспитанию будут обучать как в течение одного года в подготовительной к школе группе, так и двух лет в старшей и подготовительной к школе группах. При оптимальном режиме работы с детьми обучение будет проводиться не реже одного раза в месяц.
Ожидается, что по итогам освоения программы дети будут знать и называть разные виды рекламы, ее назначение, способы воздействия, разные места и учреждения торговли, современные профессии, а также содержание их деятельности и т. д. Так, в рамках блока «Деньги и цена (стоимость)» дошкольникам расскажут, в частности, как формируется стоимость товаров и услуг: вложения средств, затраты труда, качество, спрос и предложение, о бюджете (на примере бюджета семьи). А в рамках блока, посвященного полезным экономическим навыкам и привычкам в быту, – о бережном обращениии со своими и чужими вещами, разумном использования материалов для игр и занятий, экономии воды и электроэнергии.

В программу включены теоретические материалы и учебная литература, а также примеры игр и конкурсов по каждой теме, на основе которых педагоги могут разрабатывать уроки самостоятельно.
