По словам Президента РФ, совместно с Правительством РФ в планах создание нового ресурса, который предложено назвать «пушкинская карта». Воспользоваться такой возможностью смогут молодые люди в возрасте от 14 до 22 лет. Такой ресурс позволит указанной категории граждан посещать культурные учреждения, в частности концертные и выставочные залы, музеи.
Механизм работы подразумевает единоразовое начисление на карту денежную сумму в размере 3 тыс. руб. для их использования в период с сентября по декабрь. «Рассчитываю на то, что молодые люди воспользуются этой новой возможностью для посещения не только своих региональных мероприятий, но и общероссийские учреждения», – высказался Президент РФ.
Вопрос о государственной поддержке культурного развития молодежи задала учительница русского языка и литературы. Как отметил Владимир Путин, многие хотят приобщаться к наследию, но не могут себе это позволить, указанный инструмент должен помочь решить такую проблему.
