Сроки технологического присоединения к электросетям сокращены новым постановлением Правительства РФ от 26 апреля 2021 г. № 6391. Речь идет о таких заявителях, как граждане, а также юридические лица и ИП. Максимальная мощность подключаемого устройства для первых не должна превышать 15 кВт, для вторых – 150 кВт.
По новым правилам у сетевой организации будет 30 дней для подключения таких потребителей к сетям. Сегодня этот процесс занимает до четырех месяцев (подп. «б» п. 16 Правил технологического присоединения энергопринимающих устройств потребителей электрической энергии, объектов по производству электрической энергии, а также объектов электросетевого хозяйства, принадлежащих сетевым организациям и иным лицам, к электрическим сетям).
Новое правило действует в тех случаях, когда линии электропередачи находятся ближе чем в 15 м от дома, и распространяется на объекты, расположенные в городской черте или на сельских территориях. Кроме того, класс напряжения электрической сети должен составлять 0,4 кВ и ниже. Еще одно требование – это отсутствие неурегулированных вопросов с соседями, чьи участки расположены между электросетями и домом заявителя.
