На портале госуслуг появился новый сервис для лиц с инвалидностью, разработанный Минцифры России совместно с Минтрудом России1.
Теперь в онлайн-режиме можно подать заявление на:
• прохождение медико-социальной экспертизы; • обжалование решения медико-социальной экспертизы; • внесение изменений в индивидуальную программу реабилитации или абилитации инвалида; • получение справки об инвалидности при изменении персональных данных, дубликата справки об инвалидности; • получение копии акта и протокола проведения медико-социальной экспертизы.
Для этого нужно выбрать услугу, которая называется «Государственная услуга по проведению медико-социальной экспертизы».
Заместитель Министра цифрового развития, связи и массовых коммуникация Дмитрий Огуряев сообщил, что за этими услугами обращается ежегодно почти 3 млн граждан. Он надеется, что вывод сервисов медико-социальной экспертизы на портал госуслуг значительно облегчит процесс получения услуг для граждан с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.

«Перевод услуг для граждан с инвалидностью в электронный вид является приоритетным направлением нашей работы. В 2020 году на портале госуслуг появилась возможность подать заявление о включении транспортного средства инвалида в специализированный реестр. Услугой уже воспользовалось более 150 тыс. инвалидов. Следующим шагом планируется перевести в электронный вид процесс получения инвалидами технических средств реабилитации, а процедуру назначения пенсии по инвалидности сделать автоматической, в проактивном режиме», – добавил заместитель Министра труда и социального развития РФ Алексей Скляр.
