Сегодня ФНС России представила для публичного обсуждения проект своего приказа об утверждении формы расчета по страховым взносам, порядка его заполнения, а также формата представления в электронной форме. Он призван заменить действующий приказ ФНС России от 10 октября 2016 г. № ММВ-7-11/551@.
В сводном отчете к документу1 указано, что корректировки нужны для оптимизации формы расчета по страховым взносам. Форму, порядок заполнения расчета и формат представления в электронной форме налоговики намерены привести в соответствие с нормами главы 34 Налогового кодекса.

В частности, из формы расчета уйдет лист, посвященный сведениям о физическом лице, которое не является ИП. Однако в разделе 1 «Сводные данные об обязательствах плательщика страховых взносов» нужно будет указывать код типа плательщика. Необходимо проставить «1», если выплаты и иные вознаграждения в пользу физических лиц в последние три месяца расчетного периода фактически осуществлялись и «2» – если указанные выплаты и вознаграждения в этот срок, наоборот, не производились.
Кроме того, в расчете появится новое приложение 1.1 «Расчет сумм страховых взносов на дополнительное социальное обеспечение членов летных экипажей воздушных судов гражданской авиации, а также для отдельных категорий работников организаций угольной промышленности». Оно будет относиться к разделу 1. В документы внесены и некоторые другие корректировки.
Ожидается, что новый приказ налоговой службы вступит в силу с 1 января 2020 года и будет применяться с представления расчета по страховым взносам за первый расчетный (отчетный) период указанного года. Общественное обсуждение проекта документа завершится 5 июня.
