МВД России утвердило изменения в формы документов по вопросам допуска водителей и транспортных средств к участию в дорожном движении (приказ МВД России от 28 сентября 2020 г. № 676). В частности, на лицевой стороне водительского удостоверения помимо наименования документа на русском языке появятся надписи на английском и французском языках.
В случае внесения изменений в ПТС, собственником которого является юрлицо, их следует заверять подписью уполномоченного лица и при наличии соответствующей печатью организации. При указании цвета кузова в ПТС следует ограничиться перечисленными в нем цветами: помимо установленных указание «или наименование иного цвета» заменено на «серый».
Раздел особые отметки дополнен рядом сведений, необходимых к указанию: об идентификационном номере устройства вызова экстренных оперативных служб, об установленных таможенных ограничениях, о номере свидетельства о соответствии ТС с внесенными в его конструкцию изменениями требованиям безопасности, внесенные изменения в конструкцию, а также все особые отметки об ограничении применения ТС, содержащиеся в свидетельстве о соответствии ТС требованиям безопасности, о нанесении дополнительной маркировки о ранее проведенных проверках ОВД, о собственнике ТС (если владелец ТС не является его собственником), о количестве мест для сидения без учета места водителя, о первой регистрации ТС, если год выпуска не установлен. Аналогичные дополнения внесены и в форму свидетельства о регистрации ТС.
