Впервые в онлайн-формате Форум 9 1/2 организован в прошлом году в связи с эпидемиологической ситуацией по коронавирусу в мире. Отмечено, что трансляцию предыдущего Форума посмотрели более 300 тыс. человек из 102 стран, при этом охват в соцсетях составил 2 млн человек.

В рамках предстоящего мероприятия будут продолжены дискуссии о модернизации права в условиях происходящих в мире изменений. По словам Министра юстиции РФ Константина Чуйченко, повестка Форума активно формируется, участников ожидают интересные дискуссии о будущем юридической профессии, перспективах удаленной занятости, правовых проблемах в области экологии, налогового и антимонопольного регулирования. Также планируется обсудить вопросы цифровой юстиции и правосудия, разрешения споров, правовых аспектов бизнеса, культуры, науки, технологий.
