Соответствующий проект Постановления Правительства РФ «Об установлении величины прожиточного минимума на душу населения и по основным социально-демографическим группам населения в целом по Российской Федерации на 2022 год»1 размещен на федеральном портале проектов нормативных правовых актов 11 июня. Согласно указанному проекту Постановления Правительства РФ, с 1 января следующего года предлагается установить размер прожиточного минимума для:
России в целом – 11 950 руб. на душу населения; трудоспособного населения – 13 026 руб.; пенсионеров – 10 277 руб.; детей – 11 592 руб.
Величина прожиточного минимума на 2021 год утверждена Постановлением Правительства РФ от 31 декабря 2020 г. № 2406 и составляет:
в целом по РФ на душу населения – 11 653 руб., для трудоспособного населения – 12 702 руб., пенсионеров – 10 022 руб., детей – 11 303 руб.
Также по информации, размещенной на сайте Минтруда России, МРОТ на следующий год будет увеличен на 6,4% и составит 13 617 руб. Проект документа по МРОТ еще находится в разработке и будет размещен на федеральном портале проектов нормативных документов в ближайшее время. Напомним, с этого года в России вступил в силу закон, по которому прожиточный минимум исчисляется исходя из медианного дохода, а не на основе расчета потребительской корзины. Кроме того, прожиточный минимум теперь рассчитывается сразу на год в отличие от прежнего порядка, когда он рассчитывался на каждый квартал. Указанный закон также предусматривает, что МРОТ устанавливается в размере не ниже величины прожиточного минимума трудоспособного населения в целом по РФ на очередной год и не ниже МРОТ, установленного в текущем году. В случае принятия документа, поправки будут действовать с 1 января по 31 декабря следующего года. Антикоррупционная экспертиза проекта Постановления Правительства РФ завершится 17 июня, а общественное обсуждение – 25 июня.
