Согласно документу период с 6 по 8 мая включительно является нерабочим с сохранением за работниками заработной платы. Высшие должностные лица субъектов РФ с 1 по 11 мая включительно должны осуществлять меры по обеспечению санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия населения, предусмотренные Указом Президента РФ от 2 апреля 2020 г. № 239 «О мерах по обеспечению санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия населения на территории Российской Федерации в связи с распространением новой коронавирусной инфекции (COVID-19)».

Как и ранее, определены категории организаций, на которых действие указа в части объявленных нерабочих дней не распространяется. Среди них непрерывно действующие организации, аптеки, медучреждения, продовольственные магазины, организации, осуществляющие неотложные ремонтные, погрузочные работы, организации, предоставляющие финансовые услуги, и другие организации, определенные решениями региональных органов госвласти. Кроме того, сохранено положение об обеспечении с 1 по 11 мая функционирования федеральных органов государственной власти, органов власти субъектов РФ, органов местного самоуправления, а также СМИ с определением численности работающих сотрудников.
Отмечено, что по согласованию с Правительством РФ действие Указа может распространяться на системообразующие, а также на научные и образовательные организации.
