ФСС России на своем официальном сайте опубликовала сообщение об увеличении размера больничных пособий, выплачиваемых по уходу за детьми с 1 сентября 2021 года. Так, выплата больничных будет осуществляться в размере 100% от среднего заработка вне зависимости от стажа, если больничный выдан для ухода за болеющим ребенком до семи лет. По данным Минтруда России это может затронуть 1,5 млн родителей ежегодно.
Решение о выплате пособия по временной нетрудоспособности в связи с уходом за ребенком до семи лет было озвучено Президентом РФ во время оглашения послания Федеральному Собранию 21 апреля 2021 года. Такая мера поддержки семей не затронет работодателей – выплаты будут осуществляться напрямую из бюджета ФСС России. При этом родителям не придется оформлять какие-либо дополнительные документы, расчет больничного пособия будет произведен Фондом самостоятельно на основании данных больничного листка.

Напомним, что в настоящее время действует порядок, согласно которому размер пособия по временной нетрудоспособности зависит от продолжительности страхового стажа застрахованного лица (ст. 14 Федерального закона от 29 декабря 2006 г. № 255-ФЗ, далее – Закон № 255-ФЗ). Если страховой стаж менее пяти лет, то выплаты по больничному листу составляют 60% среднего заработка, но не более 44 400 руб. в среднем за месяц (ч. 1 ст. 7 Закона № 255-ФЗ). При страховом стаже от пяти до восьми лет пособие будет выплачиваться в размере 80% среднего заработка, но не более 59 200 руб. в среднем за месяц. Для тех, у кого страховой стаж восемь и более лет, он равен 100% среднего заработка, но не более 74 001 руб. в среднем за месяц.
