Совет ФПА РФ утвердил Положение о ведении реестра адвокатских образований, о чем сообщается1 на официальном сайте Палаты. Теперь требования к ведению таких реестров унифицированы на всей территории страны. В них будут включаться сведения как о самих адвокатских образованиях, так и об их обособленных подразделениях на территории России или зарубежного государства.
Адвокатские палаты каждого из субъектов РФ должны будут заполнять реестр по единым правилам, с учетом установленного перечня включаемых в него сведений.
Положение закрепляет, что реестр ведется в электронном виде. Региональные палаты сами будут решать, в каком объеме информация из реестра размещается на официальном сайте в открытом доступе. Но некоторые данные должны быть опубликованы в обязательном порядке, Положение содержит соответствующий перечень.
По словам президента Адвокатской палаты Воронежской области Олега Баулина, унификация ведения реестров адвокатских образований необходима в том числе в связи с внедрением Комплексной информационной системы адвокатуры России (КИС АР). Он обратил внимание, что реестр адвокатских образований является также документальным подтверждением места осуществления адвокатами профессиональной деятельности.

Совет ФПА РФ вынес еще одно важное решение, которое касается адвокатских запросов. Совет предостерег адвокатов от заключения соглашений об оказании юридической помощи, преследующих единственную цель – получить информацию путем направления адвокатом адвокатского запроса. Это не должно быть отдельной услугой в отрыве от квалифицированной правовой помощи его доверителю. В противном случае такие действия могут послужить основанием для привлечения адвоката к дисциплинарной ответственности.
