Михаил Мишустин подписал постановление об обязании операторов связи обеспечить бесплатный вызов на единый телефонный номер 122 для вопросов, связанных с распространением новой коронавирусной инфекции, которое вступит в силу со дня официального опубликования (постановление Правительства РФ от 18 января 2021 г. № 111). По указанному номеру можно будет обращаться круглосуточно в единую службу оперативной помощи при COVID-19. Экстренная служба поможет организовать оперативную маршрутизацию обращений в поликлиники, на станции скорой помощи и в другие службы.

Отмечается, что на короткий номер 122 в России можно было звонить бесплатно уже с ноября прошлого года, однако правительственное решение позволит обеспечить гражданам гарантированную возможность осуществления круглосуточных бесплатных звонков в указанную службу помощи.
