В этом году Международный женский день приходится на воскресенье, поэтому выходной день перенесен на следующий после праздничного – понедельник, 9 марта. Таким образом, работники пятидневной рабочей недели будут отдыхать три дня – 7, 8 и 9 марта.
Граждане, работающие 6 дней в неделю, отдохнут два дня – 8 и 9 марта, при этом они могут рассчитывать на сокращение 7 марта рабочего времени, поскольку этот день непосредственно предшествует праздничному (ст. 95 ТК РФ).
Напомним, что согласно ст. 153 ТК РФ работа в выходной или нерабочий праздничный день оплачивается не менее чем в двойном размере. По желанию работника, работавшего в выходной или нерабочий праздничный день, ему может быть предоставлен другой день отдыха. В этом случае работа в выходной или нерабочий праздничный день оплачивается в одинарном размере, а день отдыха оплате не подлежит.
