Минздрав России внес изменения в национальный календарь профилактических прививок по эпидемическим показаниям в части отнесения к категориям приоритетной вакцинации населения от COVID-19 (приказ Минздрава России от 3 февраля 2021 г. № 47н). Теперь в группу приоритета первого уровня включены граждане в возрасте 60 лет и старше.
Напомним, к приоритету первого уровня для получения прививок в целях профилактики новой коронавирусной инфекции ранее уже были отнесены работники медицинских и образовательных организаций, организаций социального обслуживания и МФЦ, граждане, проживающие в организациях соцобслуживания, граждане, имеющие хронические заболевания (бронхолегочной, сердечно-сосудистой систем, сахарный диабет, ожирение).

В группу приоритета второго уровня включены: работники организаций транспорта и энергетики, сотрудники правоохранительных органов, а также государственных контрольных органов в пунктах пропуска через государственную границу, вахтовики, волонтеры, военнослужащие, работники организаций сферы предоставления услуг.
К третьему уровню приоритета отнесены: государственные гражданские и муниципальные служащие, студенты средних профессиональных и высших образовательных организаций старше 18 лет, граждане, подлежащие призыву на военную службу.
Отметим, что с учетом эпидемической ситуации в регионе по решению исполнительных органов госвласти субъектов РФ при вакцинации против коронавирусной инфекции уровни приоритета могут быть изменены.
