Правительство РФ утвердило правила маркировки упакованной воды средствами идентификации и особенностях внедрения государственной информационной системы мониторинга за оборотом маркированных товаров в отношении упакованной воды (постановление Правительства РФ от 31 мая 2021 г. № 841). Документ вступит в силу с 1 сентября 2021 года.
Согласно правилам участники оборота упакованной воды должны подавать в информационную систему мониторинга заявление на регистрацию товара начиная с 1 сентября 2021 года, но не позднее семи календарных дней со дня возникновения необходимости осуществления оборота. Для участников из отдаленных или труднодоступных местностей этот срок увеличен до 30 календарных дней. Не позднее 60 календарных дней со дня регистрации должны быть подготовлены собственные программно-аппаратные средства для информационного взаимодействия с информационной системой мониторинга. В этот же срок необходимо направить оператору информационной системы мониторинга заявку на прохождение тестирования информационного взаимодействия в электронной форме.

Также установлены и сроки нанесения средств идентификации на упакованную воду. Так, например, на природную минеральную питьевую воду средства идентификации будут наноситься с 1 декабря 2021 года, а на воду питьевую, как газированную, так и нет, купажированную или минерализованную, – с 1 марта 2022 года.
