Мэр Москвы Сергей Собянин подписал указ, которым с сегодняшнего дня, 27 января отменяются некоторые ограничения, введенные в столице в связи с эпидемиологической ситацией по коронавирусу (указ Мэра Москвы от 27 января 2021 г. № 5-УМ). Так, требование о переводе не менее 30% сотрудников в режим дистанционной работы теперь будет носить не обязательный, а рекомендательный характер. Работодатели самостоятельно будут принимать решение о сохранении удаленного формата работы либо о его отмене.
При этом отмечено о сохранении обязанности работодателей по:
переводу на дистанционный режим работы всех работников из числа граждан старше 65 лет, а также граждан, имеющих хронические заболевания; принятию решения об установлении численности работников из числа таких граждан, подлежащих и не подлежащих переводу на дистанционный режим; еженедельному представлению сведений об этом на сайте Мэра Москвы.

Кроме того, отменяются ограничения по времени работы (с 23.00 до 06.00 часов) ресторанов, баров дискотек, боулингов и иных организаций отдыха и развлечений. При этом сохранены требования по соблюдению санитарного режима, установленные Роспотребнадзором.
Решение о дистанционном обучении в вузах, подведомственных Правительству Москвы, будет принято по согласованию с Минобрнауки России до 6 февраля 2021 года, а пока такой режим для обучения студентов вузов сохраняется.
