Правительство РФ уточнило свое решение по стабилизации цен на социально значимые продукты. В частности, для сдерживания цен на муку и хлеб решено скорректировать ранее принятое постановление об экспортных пошлинах на пшеницу, ячмень и кукурузу (постановление Правительства РФ от 23 января 2021 г. № 331).
Так, в пределах установленной квоты 17,5 тонн размер пошлины на вывоз пшеницы за тонну в размере 25 евро, который утвердило Правительство РФ ранее, будет действовать с 15 по 28 февраля. С 1 марта указанный размер пошлины увеличится до 50 евро и будет действовать по 30 июня.
Кроме того, с 15 марта по 30 июня введена экспортная пошлина на ячмень – 10 евро и кукурузу – 25 евро за тонну (ранее – 0 евро). Поправки внесены в постановление Правительства РФ от 30 августа 2013 г. № 754.

Напомним, экспорт зерновых в объемах, превышающих тарифную квоту 17,5 тонн, подлежит обложению пошлиной в 50% от таможенной стоимости продукции, но не менее чем 100 евро за 1000 кг. Принятое решение распространяется на продукцию, вывозимую из России за пределы ЕАЭС.
Ранее кабинет министров по поручению Президента РФ принял меры для стабилизации цен на продукты, в том числе по финансированию регионов для поддержки производителей муки и предприятий по производству хлебопекарной продукции.
