Правительство РФ определило порядок переноса срока туристической путевки, приобретенной в рамках программы туристического кешбэка (постановление Правительства РФ от 29 декабря 2020 г. № 2333).
Так, в случае введения режима повышенной готовности или чрезвычайной ситуации на территории субъекта РФ, на которой предоставляется туристская услуга или проживает турист, срок предоставления оплаченной туристской услуги, может быть перенесен на более поздний срок. Конкретный срок переноса должен быть определен по соглашению между туристом и юрлицом (ИП), реализовавшим туруслугу. При этом перенести путешествие можно до конца 31 декабря 2021 года.

Кроме того, сокращен планируемый охват туристов, для которого предполагалась реализация туруслуг в рамках программы возмещения части их стоимости, с 3 млн. до 250 тыс. чел. Соответствующие изменения внесены в постановление Правительства от 10 августа 2020 года № 1200.
Напомним, программа частичного возврата денег туристам внутреннего туризма начала действовать в августе 2020 года. Срок действия кешбэка при покупке туров продлен до 10 января 2021 года.
