Предлагается выделить 84 млрд руб. на одноразовое бесплатное горячее питание учеников, получающих среднее общее образование в государственных и муниципальных образовательных организациях страны. С соответствующей инициативой1 о внесении изменений в ст. 37 Федерального закона от 29 декабря 2012 г. № 273-ФЗ «Об образовании в Российской Федерации» выступили депутаты фракции КПРФ.
В пояснительной записке к документу отмечается, что он был разработан с учетом особой значимости качественного питания для здоровья детей и их развития. По мнению разработчиков законопроекта, обеспечение горячим питанием учеников является мероприятием, нацеленным на реализацию ими права на получение пищевой продукции, обеспечивающей физиологические потребности детского организма в пищевых веществах, а также вкладом в формирование культуры здорового питания обучающихся.
Напомним, что в 2020 году в указанной статье была закреплена обязанность обеспечения учеников младших классов бесплатным горячим питанием не менее одного раза в день. Предполагается, что распространение подобной нормы на обучающихся по образовательным программам среднего общего образования будет способствовать продолжению политики обеспечения здоровья детей.
