Сегодня Совет директоров Банка России принял решение не менять размер ключевой ставки, установленный 7 февраля текущего года, оставив ее на уровне 6,00% годовых. Об этом сообщается на официальном сайте регулятора. Напомним, до установления действующего показателя размер ключевой ставки с декабря 2019 года составлял 6,25% и в целом за прошлое полугодие снизился более чем на 1% годовых.
Банк России отмечает, что в феврале – марте события развиваются с «существенным отклонением от базового сценария прогноза Банка России». Это связано с распространением эпидемии коронавируса и резким снижением цен на нефть. Под влиянием временного проинфляционного фактора (ослабление рубля) годовая инфляция может превысить целевой уровень в текущем году.
Однако Банк России считает, что пакет принятых совместно с Правительством РФ мер сможет обеспечить финансовую стабильность и окажет поддержку экономике. С учетом всех факторов и проводимой политики регулятор прогнозирует возврат показателя уровня инфляции к 4% в 2021 году.
«Наряду с решением по ключевой ставке, Банк России принял ряд мер, которые направлены на обеспечение финансовой стабильности, поддержку экономики и финансового сектора в условиях пандемии коронавируса. Эти меры в том числе нацелены на сохранение доступа к банковскому кредитованию малого и среднего бизнеса, на поддержку развития ипотечного кредитования, защиту интересов граждан, пострадавших от распространения пандемии. Кроме того, предусмотрены шаги, которые снизят административную нагрузку на финансовый сектор и поддержат его потенциал по предоставлению ресурсов экономике», – следует из сообщения.
Поясняется, что в дальнейшем Банк России будет принимать решения по ключевой ставке с учетом фактической и ожидаемой динамики инфляции относительно цели, развития экономики на прогнозном горизонте, а также оценивая риски со стороны внутренних и внешних условий и реакции на них финансовых рынков.
Следующее заседание Совета директоров Банка России, на котором будет рассматриваться вопрос об уровне ключевой ставки, запланировано на 24 апреля 2020 года.
