Деньги предназначены для проведения мероприятий по борьбе с COVID-19 и другими опасными инфекциями, соответствующее распоряжение подписал1 Председатель Правительства РФ Михаил Мишустин (распоряжение Правительства РФ от 6 сентября 2021 г. № 2461-р2).
Часть средств направят на создание ПЦР-центров. Они откроются в крупных городах, среди которых Москва, Санкт-Петербург, Новосибирск, Екатеринбург, Нижний Новгород, Казань, Челябинск, Омск, Самара. Всего на эти цели будет направлено 223 млн руб.
Финансирование также поступит на создание комплекса из четырех лабораторий, где будут вестись разработки в сфере биохимии, инфекционной диагностики, мониторинга и определения патогенов.
Кроме того, деньги пойдут на изучение изменчивости возбудителей COVID-2019 и других новых инфекций, дооснащение центров гигиены и эпидемиологии специальной аппаратурой, а также усиление санитарного контроля в пунктах пропуска через границу. Часть средств направят на разработку мобильного приложения для предпринимателей, благодаря которому они смогут получить информацию о работе в условиях пандемии с учетом специфики каждой отрасли.
Источником средств станет резервный фонд Правительства РФ.

Как отметил на заседании кабмина 3 сентября Михаил Мишустин, такие шаги необходимы для того, чтобы создать надежный «санитарный щит» страны и обезопасить граждан от распространения инфекций. Принять дополнительные меры в этой области поручил Президент РФ Владимир Путин в Послании Федеральному Собранию в апреле.
