В ходе оглашения Послания Президента РФ Федеральному Собранию Владимир Путин анонсировал запуск инновационной программы по критически важным для развития страны направлениям, которые получат статус проектов государственного значения. В числе таких направлений будет и разработка отечественных тест-систем и вакцин. «У нас должен быть мощный надежный щит в сфере санитарной и биологической безопасности. Поэтому нужно обеспечить независимость России в производстве всего спектра вакцин, субстанций для фармацевтики, включая лекарства против инфекций, устойчивых к нынешнему поколению антибиотиков», – отметил глава государства, добавив, что эту работу надо проводить с максимальным использованием российского оборудования и отечественных компонентов.
«В случае появления инфекции такой же опасной, как коронавирус, Россия должна быть готова в течение 4 дней разработать собственные тест-системы и в самое короткое время создать эффективную отечественную вакцину и приступить к ее массовому производству», – подчеркнул президент. Срок реализации этих задач – до 2030 года.

Кроме того, в планах государства в сфере медицины:
обновление парка машин скорой помощи, в том числе за счет дополнительного направления в ближайшие три года 5 тыс. новых «скорых» в сельскую местность, поселки городского типа и малые города; развитие телемедицины, искусственного интеллекта, новых подходов в диагностике, проведении операций, реабилитации, в производстве лекарственных препаратов; решение проблем первичного звена медицинской помощи, связанных с очередями, трудностями с записью на диагностику, к профильному специалисту, с получением рецептов и больничных.
Президент РФ заверил, что в ближайшее время организует расширенное заседание Госсовета, на котором будут рассмотрены текущие технические, финансовые, управленческие и кадровые проблемы здравоохранения. Также он обратился к губернаторам с посылом выстроить работу поликлиник, детских садов и школ, центров занятости исходя из повседневных потребностей семей, каждого человека. «Нужно, чтобы это было повсеместно и по всем социальным отраслям», – заключил глава государства.
