Речь идет об инициативе, которую озвучил вчера Президент РФ Владимир Путин в послании Федеральному Собранию.
Напомним, глава страны предложил выплачивать ежемесячное пособие одиноким родителям на детей в возрасте от 8 до 16 лет включительно. Претендовать на помощь можно, если в свидетельстве о рождении ребенка указан только один родитель (либо второй родитель умер, пропал без вести и т.д.), или родитель имеет право на получение алиментов. Еще одно условие — доход семьи должен быть ниже прожиточного минимума.
Министр труда и социальной защиты Антон Котяков пообещал1, что оформить заявление на новую выплату можно будет дистанционно, с использованием Единого портала госуслуг. «Минтруд в короткие сроки подготовит все необходимые документы для начала перечисления выплат и откроет возможность для подачи заявлений», – добавил министр.
Антон Котяков добавил, что размер пособия в среднем по стране будет составлять порядка 5650 руб. на ребенка ежемесячно.

Напомним, что ранее были установлены новые правила ежемесячной выплаты на детей от 3 до 7 лет включительно для малообеспеченных семей.
Глава Минтруда России прокомментировал2 и еще одну инициативу президента — изменение порядка оплаты больничных по уходу за ребенком до 7 лет включительно для молодых родителей. Планируется, что им будут возмещать доход в 100%-ном размере независимо от трудового стажа.
По словам Антона Котякова, новые правила затронут свыше 1,5 млн родителей, что потребует дополнительно более 4 млрд руб. При этом максимальный размер среднего дневного заработка для расчета выплаты по больничному составляет сегодня 2434,25 руб.
