В ходе послания Президента РФ к Федеральному собранию были озвучены уже принятые в 2020 году меры поддержки семей, в том числе выплаты семьям с низким доходом, имеющим детей в возрасте до трех лет. Сегодня Владимир Путин поручил Правительству РФ подготовить уже к 1 июля целостную систему мер поддержки семей с детьми, направленную на снижение угрозы бедности таких семей.
Так, прежде всего, будет оказана поддержка неполным семьям. Так, на детей в возрасте от 8 до 16 лет, если в свидетельстве о рождении ребенка указан только один родитель, или родитель имеет право на получение алиментов, будет установлена ежемесячная выплата. Ее средний размер по стране составит 5 650 руб.
Другая мера поддержки предусмотрена для беременных женщин, находящихся в трудных жизненных ситуациях. Для тех, кто встал на учет в ранние сроки беременности (до шести недель) будет установлена ежемесячная выплата в размере 6 350 руб (средний размер по стране).
Также уже в этом году должен быть изменен порядок оплаты больничных листов по уходу за ребенком до семи лет включительно для молодых родителей. Суммы выплат будут рассчитываться в размере 100% от заработной платы.

Кроме того, Президент РФ предложил единовременно выплатить семьям с детьми школьного возраста по 10 тыс. руб. на всех школьников. Такая мера поддержки будет распространена и на будущих первоклассников — тех, кто только в этом году пойдет в школу. Выплата будет произведена в середине августа.
