Правительство РФ увеличило единовременные компенсации медикам, которые приезжают работать в закрытые административно-территориальные образования. Напомним, начиная с 2020 года врачи, переехавшие в ЗАТО независимо от места их расположения, получают единовременно 1 млн руб., фельдшеры – 500 тыс. руб. (постановление Правительства РФ от 23 декабря 2019 г. № 1774).
Принятым постановлением Правительства РФ от 3 декабря 2020 г. № 19931, во-первых, расширен круг получателей единовременной компенсации независимо от места расположения ЗАТО. Теперь по 500 тыс. руб. могут получить впервые прибывшие к месту работы акушерки и медицинские сестры фельдшерско-акушерских и фельдшерских пунктов.

Во-вторых, для тех, кто впервые переехал на работу в ЗАТО, расположенные на территории Дальневосточного федерального округа, в районах Крайнего Севера и приравненных к ним местностях, получат единовременные компенсации в повышенном размере: врачи – 2 млн. руб., фельдшеры, акушерки и медсестры фельдшерско-акушерских пунктов, фельдшерских пунктов – 1 млн руб.
По заключенному договору с медицинской организацией медработники должны отработать в соответствующей местности не менее 5 лет.
