ФНП рассказала1 на своем сайте о том, как правильно проверять на подлинность большую часть нотариальных документов, включая доверенности. Сделать это можно посредством сканирования специального QR-кода, который размещается на многих бумажных документах с печатью нотариуса начиная с конца прошлого года (Федеральный закон от 27 декабря 2019 г. № 480-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в Основы законодательства Российской Федерации о нотариате и отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации»).
QR-код находится в правом нижнем углу нотариального документа. Каждый QR-код уникален, в нем зашифрованы основные реквизиты документа: сведения о заявителях или их представителях, дата совершения нотариального действия, вид нотариального действия и регистрационный номер, ФИО нотариуса, нотариальный округ нотариуса (Информация ФНП от 28 декабря 2020 г. «QR-код на нотариальных документах: цифровая гарантия защищенности»).
Осуществлять проверку рекомендуется через специальный сервис на портале ФНП (https://notariat.ru/ru-ru/qr/), который гарантирует защиту от поддельных QR-кодов. Получив доступ к камере, к примеру, смартфона, сервис проверяет отсканированный QR-код в Единой информационной системе нотариата и сообщает, есть документ с такими реквизитами в системе или нет. По данным ФНП, за несколько месяцев существования такого онлайн-сканера им воспользовались почти 25 тыс. раз.

Если же сканировать QR-код телефоном напрямую, без обращения к порталу ФНП, есть риск попасть на сайт-двойник, специально созданный мошенниками, и получить недостоверную информацию о доверенности.
