Президент РФ Владимир Путин подписал два указа о предоставлении единовременных выплат военнослужащим и сотрудникам правоохранительных органов. В сентябре они получат по 15 тыс. руб.
К военнослужащим относятся:
военнослужащие, проходящие службу по контракту; курсанты военных профессиональных образовательных организаций; курсанты военных организаций высшего образования.
Выплаты будут перечислены на основании приказов командиров воинских частей (Указ Президента РФ от 30 августа 2021 г. № 502 «О единовременной денежной выплате отдельным категориям военнослужащих»).
К сотрудникам правоохранительных органов для целей указа относятся:
прокуроры (за исключением военных); сотрудники Следственного комитета РФ; сотрудники органов внутренних дел; сотрудники органов и учреждений ФСИН России; пожарные; таможенники; сотрудники Росгвардии; лица начальствующего состава федеральной фельдъегерской связи (Указ Президента РФ от 30 августа 2021 г. № 503 «О единовременной денежной выплате лицам, проходящим службу в некоторых федеральных государственных органах»).

Выплата полагается тем, кто имеет статус военнослужащего или сотрудника правоохранительных органов по состоянию на 31 августа 2021 года. Если они не смогли получить выплату в сентябре, она может быть предоставлена позднее. В указах уточняется, что из сумм единовременных выплат не производятся удержания, в том числе на основании исполнительных листов.
Все расходы возьмет на себя федеральный бюджет.
