При этом необходимые для этого коммуникации будут присоединяться непосредственно к территории участка заявителя. Требования к мощности энергопринимающих устройств не изменятся: она не должна превышать 15 кВт. Соответствующие изменения внесены в Правила технологического присоединения энергопринимающих устройств потребителей электрической энергии, объектов по производству электрической энергии, а также объектов электросетевого хозяйства, принадлежащих сетевым организациям и иным лицам, к электрическим сетям (далее – Правила), утвержденные Постановлением Правительства РФ от 9 октября 2021 г. № 1711.
Напомним, что на настоящий момент в соответствии с п. 8.5 Правил для подключения к электропитанию дачных участков их владельцам требуется направлять заявление с соответствующей просьбой в садоводческое или огородническое товарищество. При этом электросети могут быть проведены только до границ товарищества, а не на территорию самого участка.
Стоимость услуг за установку энергопринимающих устройств останется прежней. В соответствии с п. 17 Правил размер платы не может превышать 550 руб. при условии, что расстояние от границ участка заявителя до источника электроэнергии составляет не более 300 м в городах и поселках городского типа и не более 500 м в сельской местности.
