Налоговая служба утвердила новый порядок ведения кабинета контрольно-кассовой техники (приказ ФНС России от 8 сентября 2021 г. № ЕД-7-20/798@). Он вступит в силу с 1 марта 2022 года и будет действовать до 1 марта 2028 года.
Порядок определяет перечень документов (информации, сведений) в электронной форме, размещаемых налоговыми органами в кабинете ККТ, передаваемых организациями и ИП в налоговые органы через кабинет, передаваемых операторами фискальных данных (соискателями разрешения на обработку фискальных данных), экспертными организациями, а также изготовителями ККТ и (или) фискальных накопителей; порядок доступа организаций и ИП к кабинету, и порядок передачи документов (информации, сведений) в электронной форме в налоговые органы через кабинет.

Ведение кабинета ККТ, а также обеспечение доступа к нему осуществляется ФНС России. Налоговая служба обеспечивает круглосуточную работу кабинета, доступ к нему уполномоченным лицам и актуализацию вышеуказанных документов (информации, сведений), их защиту от несанкционированного доступа и хранение в кабинете в течение трех лет после их размещения.
