Президентом РФ подписан закон, уточняющий категории граждан, которым предоставляется отсрочка от призыва на военную службу по мобилизации (Федеральный закон от 23 ноября 2020 г. № 381-ФЗ). Так, в Федеральный закон от 26 февраля 1997 г. № 31-ФЗ «О мобилизационной подготовке и мобилизации в Российской Федерации» внесены поправки в части предоставления отсрочки от призыва на военную службу по мобилизации гражданам, занятым постоянным уходом за родными и близкими. В частности, прописано, что отсрочка предоставляется также гражданам, являющимися опекунами или попечителями несовершеннолетних родных брата или сестры при отсутствии других лиц, обязаных содержать их по закону, а также гражданам, имеющим на иждивении четырех и более детей в возрасте до 16 лет или имеющим на иждивении и воспитывающим без матери одного ребенка и более до 16 лет.
Помимо этого, внесены изменения в Федеральный закон от 24 ноября 1995 г. № 181-ФЗ «О социальной защите инвалидов в Российской Федерации», согласно которым уточнены полномочия федеральных учреждений МСЭ по выдаче заключения о нуждаемости по состоянию здоровья в постоянном постороннем уходе (помощи, надзоре) в случаях, предусмотренных подп. «б» п. 1 ст. 24 Федерального закона от 28 марта 1998 года № 53-Ф3 «О воинской обязанности и военной службе» и подп. 3 п. 1 ст. 18 Федерального закона от 26 февраля 1997 года № 31-ФЗ «О мобилизационной подготовке и мобилизации в Российской Федерации».
Изменения вступят в силу 4 декабря.
