Правительство РФ утвердило повышающие коэффициенты, которые будут применяться к специальным социальным выплатам, установленным для медработников и иных работников, оказывающих медпомощь в диагностике и лечении COVID-19, сотрудников стационарных организаций социального обслуживания, оказывающих социальные услуги гражданам с COVID-19, а также для военнослужащих, сотрудников и работников органов власти, оказывающих медпомощь, участвующих в ее обеспечении при по диагностике и лечению новой коронавирусной инфекции (COVID-19) (постановление Правительства РФ от 28 ноября 2020 г. № 1962).
Коэффициенты (от 0,3 до 1) установлены для 27 регионов страны, в отдельных случаях – для конкретных муниципальных округов и районов. Повышающие коэффициенты в отношении медработников будут применяться с 1 ноября, работников социальных стационаров – с 20 ноября и остальных граждан – с 24 ноября.

Постановление Правительства РФ также предусматривает порядок расчета специальной социальной выплаты. Указывается, что размер специальной социальной выплаты повышается на сумму, определяемую умножением специальной социальной выплаты (без учета районных коэффициентов, коэффициентов за работу в пустынных и безводных местностях, коэффициентов за работу в высокогорных районах), на предусмотренный данным постановлением повышающий коэффициент к специальным социальным выплатам.
Соответствующее постановление вступило в силу с 1 декабря.
