Согласно постановлению Правительства РФ от 7 ноября 2019 г. № 1426 в следующем году предельные показатели величины пособия по безработице не изменятся.
Так, минимальная величина пособия по безработице составит 1,5 тыс. руб., максимальная – 8 тыс. руб. Эти размеры предусмотрены для всех граждан, признанных в установленном порядке безработными, за исключением безработных граждан предпенсионного возраста, для которых установлена иная максимальная величина пособия по безработице – в размере 11 280 руб. В текущем году применяются аналогичные размеры пособия по безработице, утвержденные постановлением Правительства РФ от 15 ноября 2018 г. № 1375.
Напомним, размеры минимальной и максимальной величин пособия по безработице гражданам, признанным в установленном порядке безработными, ежегодно определяются Правительством РФ. По общему правилу, размер пособия по безработице не может быть выше максимальной величины пособия по безработице и ниже ее минимальной величины, увеличенных на размер районного коэффициента (п. 1 ст. 33 Закона РФ от 19 апреля 1991 г. № 1032-1 «О занятости населения в Российской Федерации»). В период с 2009 по 2018 годы минимальная величина пособия по безработице составляла 850 руб., а максимальная величина – 4,9 тыс. руб. С 2019 года эти размеры увеличены соответственно до 1500 руб. и 8 тыс. руб., а также отдельно выделены предельные величины пособия для граждан предпенсионного возраста.
