Пациентам с глаукомой и катарактой станут бесплатно выписывать препараты группы простагландинов и ингибиторов карбоангидразы, применяемые для лечения повышенного внутриглазного давления.
А дети в возрасте до 18 лет, у которых диагностирован первичный иммунодефицит, будут обеспечиваться иммуноглобулинами. Ранее больные могли бесплатно получить иммуноглобулины только при наличии инвалидности или гематологического заболевания.
В Правительстве Москвы отмечают, что принятое решение позволит улучшить лекарственное обеспечение около 4250 человек. Дополнительные затраты бюджетных средств составят порядка 87 млн руб. в год.
Напомним, что право на бесплатное или льготное (с 50%-ной скидкой) лекарственное обеспечение в Москве имеют дети первых трех лет жизни, дети из многодетных семей в возрасте до 6 лет, почетные доноры, дети-сироты, беременные женщины и т. д. Кроме того, таким правом обладают пациенты независимо от их статуса, страдающие некоторыми заболеваниями: рак, туберкулез, бронхиальная астма, диабет, болезнь Паркинсона, шизофрения, эпилепсия и т. д. (распоряжение Правительства Москвы от 10 августа 2005 г. № 1506-РП).
