С сегодняшнего дня россияне могут отдать свои голоса за кандидатов в депутаты Госдумы. Помимо этого в дни голосования в некоторых регионах пройдут выборы руководителей субъектов РФ и членов региональных заксобраний. Отдельные муниципальные образования также проведут свои выборы и референдумы.
Избирательные участки будут работать с 08.00 до 20.00 до 19 сентября включительно. Единый день голосования назначен на 19 сентября (Указ Президента РФ от 17 июня 2021 г. № 367). Но выборы продлятся 3 дня в связи с коронавирусными ограничениями (постановление ЦИК РФ от 18 июня 2021 г. № 11/87-8 «О проведении голосования на выборах, референдумах, назначенных на 19 сентября 2021 года, в течение нескольких дней подряд»).

В эту избирательную кампанию в семи регионах будет апробировано дистанционное голосование – это Курская, Мурманская, Нижегородская, Ростовская, Ярославская области и города федерального значения Москва и Севастополь. Избиратели этих субъектов РФ должны были подать заявление на участие в дистанционном голосовании до 14 сентября.
Москвичи голосуют удаленно через портал mos.ru, жители других шести регионов – через портал https://vybory.gov.ru/. Кроме того, можно принять участие в выборах, скачав специальное приложение «ДЭГ 2021» в магазинах App Store и Google Play. Доступ к удаленному голосованию будет открыт до 20.00 19 сентября по московскому времени.
В мае прошла масштабная общероссийcкая тренировка применения ДЭГ, в которой приняли участие 2,5 млн человек.
Узнать номер и адрес своего избирательного участка, а также ознакомиться с информацией об участвующих в выборах кандидатах и партиях можно в личном кабинете на Едином портале госуслуг.
В этом году за ходом выборов впервые будут наблюдать уполномоченные по правам человека.
