Портал ГАРАНТ.РУ вел оперативную текстовую трансляцию этого мероприятия. Глава страны отметил, что в настоящее время в связи с рассматриваемым нововведением граждане предпенсионного возраста опасаются столкнуться с риском потери работы и добавил – сегодня действительно сложно найти работу в возрасте более 50 лет.
Поэтому, считает Владимир Путин, нужно предусмотреть дополнительные гарантии для защиты интересов работников старшего возраста. Он считает необходимым установить для работодателей административную либо уголовную ответственность за увольнение работников предпенсионного возраста, а кроме того, за отказ в приеме на работу граждан из-за их возраста. Если такие изменения в законодательство внесут, то это произойдет одновременно с принятием законопроекта о повышении пенсионного возраста.Добавим, что сегодня дискриминация в сфере труда запрещена законом (ст. 3 Трудового кодекса).
