Минкомсвязи России на своем официальном сайте сообщает1 о запуске на Едином портале госуслуг сервиса постановки на учет в центре занятости и подачи заявления на получение пособия по безработице. Зарегистрироваться в качестве безработного может гражданин, имеющий учетную запись на портале госуслуг, и который:
был уволен; прекратил ИП, адвокатскую или нотариальную деятельность; прекратил регистрацию в качестве самозанятого; впервые ищет работу.
На портале госуслуг изложен пошаговый алгоритм регистрации, а также перечень необходимых для этого сведений. Так, понадобится указать информацию о постоянной регистрации, документе об образовании, о детях до 18 лет, данные с последнего места работы, реквизиты банковского счета (БИК, номер корреспондентского счета, если есть банковская карта, то номер банковского счета карты) или адреса почтового отделения для выплаты пособия.
После регистрации сотрудник центра занятости через личный кабинет портала госуслуг может связаться с зарегистрированным для проверки данных или запроса недостающей информации. Решение по заявлению принимается в течение 11 календарных дней центром занятости по месту регистрации гражданина. Центр занятости может также направлять предложения о работе, в течение трех дней можно пройти собеседование в дистанционном режиме. Если в течение 11 календарных дней с момента подачи заявления работу найти не удалось, то гражданин подлежит постановке на учет как безработный с назначением пособия по безработице.
Напомним, для потерявших работу в период с 1 марта и позже, размер пособия составляет 12 130 руб. с апреля по июнь включительно, при этом родителям дополнительно полагается выплата в размере 3 тыс. руб. на каждого несовершеннолетнего ребенка. Могут быть предусмотрены дополнительно и региональные выплаты.
Для уволенных до 1 марта и имеющих трудовой стаж менее 26 недель в течение года до признания безработным, или уволенных более года назад – размер пособия составляет 1,5 тыс. руб. в месяц, увеличенный на районный коэффициент. Такой же размер предусмотрен для предпринимателей, прекративших ИП, либо граждан, которые ищут работу впервые, либо уволенных за нарушение трудовой дисциплины или другие виновные действия. Данное пособие подлежит выплате в течение трех месяцев.

Пособие не выплачивается, если гражданин:
моложе 16 лет; пенсионер по старости или по выслуге лет; отбывает наказание в виде лишения свободы или исправительных работ; работает по трудовым договорам; выполняет оплачиваемую работу или реализует продукцию по договорам; является ИП, нотариусом, адвокатом или самозанятым; проходит военную, альтернативную гражданскую службу или службу в иных органах; обучается по очной форме обучения; занят в подсобных промыслах, являетесь членом КФХ, производственных кооперативов, артелей; является учредителем (участником) коммерческих организаций.
Упрощенный порядок регистрации в качестве безработного будет действовать до 31 декабря текущего года.
