Госдума приняла в первом чтении правительственный законопроект, который позволит прокуратуре, СКР и Суддепу при ВС создавать собственную ведомственную охрану, передает «Право.ru».Инициатива была внесена в нижнюю палату парламента по поручению президента, озвученному еще в 2015 году. Тогда глава государства предложил наделить органы, не входящие в структуру Кабмина, правом создавать собственные охранные службы. Например, в п. 2 ст. 6 закона «О Судебном департаменте при Верховном суде РФ» должен появиться подп. 5, который позволит «создавать ведомственную охрану для охраны судов, органов судейского сообщества, а также органов и учреждений Суддепа». Соответствующие изменения предложено внести и в законы «О прокуратуре Российской Федерации» и «О Следственном комитете Российской Федерации».
Суддеп уже давно просил разрешения создать собственную охранную структуру, поскольку в разных регионах охраной зданий судов занимаются разные структуры: ЧОПы, вневедомственная охрана и даже казачьи подразделения. Причем средств на это не всегда хватает, и в ряде субъектов контракты с охранниками приходится расторгать из-за того, что им нечем платить. Глава Судебного департамента Александр Гусев рассказал, что в прошлом году было заключено 548 контрактов на охрану судов на общую сумму более 500 млн руб.
