Не исключено, что 25%-ную надбавку к пенсии станут получать граждане, работающие по должностям и специальностям, в функциональные обязанности которых входят работы по обслуживанию и ремонту сельхозтехники, производственного оборудования, обслуживанию, в том числе – охране производственных сельхозобъектов. В их число могут войти кладовщики, подсобные рабочие, сторожа, молотобойцы и кочегары. Также предполагается, что право на 25%-ную надбавку к пенсии станут получать граждане, работавшие инженерами-техниками, заведующими складов и гаражей1.
Помимо этого проектом постановления Правительства РФ предполагается относить к работникам сельскохозяйственной сферы предпринимателей, являющихся сельскохозяйственными товаропроизводителями. Независимая антикоррупционная экспертиза документа завершится 19 мая, а его общественное обсуждение – 27 мая.
Напомним, что в апреле этого года в Госдуму был внесен законопроект о предоставлении трудящимся в сельской местности женщинам новых гарантий. Одной из них может стать сокращенная продолжительность рабочего времени – не более 36 часов в неделю, с оплатой в том же размере, что и при полной рабочей неделе.
