В Санкт-Петербурге начал работу IX Петербургский Международный Юридический Форум (далее – ПМЮФ, Форум), информационным партнером которого является компания «Гарант». Программа Форума рассчитана на пять дней (с 14 по 18 мая), но основная его часть, включающая дискуссионные сессии по наиболее актуальным новеллам права и экономики, стартует сегодня (15 мая).
В этом году в рамках ПМЮФ намечено проведение более 110 мероприятий в различных дискуссионных форматах. Традиционно они будут разделены на несколько тематических блоков, в числе которых: «Smart-общество. Цифровая экономика», «Юридическая профессия. Управление юридическим департаментом. Адвокатура. Нотариат», «Разрешение споров. Судебная и арбитражная практика. Исполнение судебных и арбитражных решений», «Культура. Наука. Образование. Спорт», «Частное право. Семейное право. Private clients», «Корпоративное право» и т. д.
Так, уже сегодня пройдут дискуссии на темы: «Пять лет реформе гражданского законодательства: предварительные итоги и потенциал на будущее», «Перспективы кодификации потребительского законодательства: российский и международный опыт», «Case study: переход на проектное финансирование в жилищном строительстве» и т. д. и будет проведено пленарное заседание «Право как искусство». А завтра начнутся дискуссии в рамках Международного форума по банкротству.
В ПМЮФ 2019 примут участие более 500 спикеров из разных стран мира, в числе которых — Председатель Правительства РФ Дмитрий Медведев, руководитель ФАС России Игорь Артемьев, Генеральный секретарь Гаагской конференции по частному международному праву Кристоф Бернаскони, Министр юстиции РФ Александр Коновалов, первый заместитель Председателя Банка России Сергей Швецов и др.
Напомним, ПМЮФ – уникальное международное событие, объединяющее ведущих специалистов в области права. Форум проводится в девятый раз – за годы своего существования он стал ведущей мировой площадкой для обсуждения актуальных юридических вопросов в контексте глобальных социально-экономических проблем.
