Минприроды России предлагает установить закрытый перечень случаев, в которых допускается использование домашних животных в предпринимательской деятельности. В их число планируется включить, в частности:
торговлю домашними животными, за исключением собак и кошек, в зоомагазинах; использование животных в культурно-зрелищных целях; оказание услуг по содержанию, уходу и лечению домашних животных. получение и реализацию шерсти, волоса и щетины домашних животных как побочного сырья животного происхождения, получаемого при уходе за ними1.
Также ожидается, что домашних животных разрешено будет использовать при оказании услуг по организации туристической деятельности, ездовых видов спорта, упряжек животных в соответствии с их биологическими особенностями, без причинения вреда их жизни и здоровью, а также с соблюдением норм безопасности. Кроме того, в число разрешенных способов использования таких животных для получения прибыли может войти их применение в медицинских и реабилитационных целях без причинения вреда жизни и здоровью. Речь идет в частности об иппотерапии и канистерапии.
