Такое заявление сделал руководитель ФНС России Михаил Мишустин на ежегодном предпринимательском форуме «Малый бизнес – национальный проект!», организованном «Опорой России». Соответствующая информация опубликована на официальном сайте налогового ведомства.
Глава ФНС России указал на снижение административного давления на налогоплательщиков. Так, Михаил Мишустин отметил, что сейчас налоговики проверяют одну из 4 тыс. компаний малого предпринимательства. Он добавил, что в настоящее время сокращается количество проверок не только в отношении малого бизнеса, но и более крупных представителей бизнеса. Например, за 9 месяцев этого года налоговыми органами проведено 11 тыс. проверок. А это на 30% меньше чем за аналогичный период прошлого года. Он указал, что снижению количества проверок способствует в том числе переход на новые технологии. А именно, малый бизнес может взаимодействовать с ФНС России дистанционно с помощью личного кабинета и ККТ. Кроме того, вторая волна реформы онлайн-касс прошла без обращений со стороны бизнеса. В итоге количество касс увеличилось с 1 млн до более чем 2,3 млн аппаратов.

Планируется, что к 2024 году численность представителей малого предпринимательства увеличится с 19 до 25 млн человек.
Напомним, что использование ККТ с нарушением порядка и условий ее применения влечет предупреждение или наложение административного штрафа на должностных лиц в размере от 1,5 тыс. до 3 тыс. руб. А для юрлиц – предупреждение или наложение административного штрафа в размере от 5 тыс. до 10 тыс. руб. (ч. 4 ст. 14.5 КоАП).
