Ношение масок позволяет защититься от заражения и защитить окружающих в случае собственного заболевания; соблюдать оптимальный температурный режим. В жилых помещениях он должен быть в диапазоне 20-22 градусов. Слишком высокая температура создает неблагоприятные условия для дыхания и делает слизистую более восприимчивой к респираторным вирусам; для прогулок выбирать комфортную одежду, желательно с использованием мембранных тканей, которые создают оптимальный температурный режим и не допускают перегревания тела.
