Об этом сегодня сообщается на официальном сайте ФНС России. Речь идет о предельной величине базы для исчисления взносов на обязательное пенсионное страхование, а также на обязательное социальное страхование на случай временной нетрудоспособности и в связи с материнством.
Так, с 1 января 2020 года предельная величина базы по страховым взносам на ОПС составит 1,292 млн руб., по взносам на ОСС на случай временной нетрудоспособности и в связи с материнством – 912 тыс. руб. В 2019 году эти же величины составляют 1,150 млн руб. и 865 тыс. руб. соответственно. Таким образом, по сравнению с действующими в текущем году показателями величина предельной базы по страховым взносам на ОПС в следующем году возрастет на 142 тыс. руб., а по ОСС – на 47 тыс. руб.
При установлении предельной величины базы для исчисления страховых взносов на ОПС учтен определенный на следующий год размер средней зарплаты в РФ, увеличенный в 12 раз, с применением к нему повышающего коэффициента (на 2020 финансовый год – 2,2). А для определения лимита базы по страховым взносам на ОСС на случай временной нетрудоспособности и в связи с материнством – показатель индексации, равный 1,054, с учетом роста средней зарплаты в стране.
Напомним, предельная величина базы для исчисления страховых взносов устанавливается для лиц, производящих выплаты и иные вознаграждения физическим лицам (организаций, ИП и физлиц, не являющихся ИП). С сумм выплат и иных вознаграждений в пользу физлица, превышающих установленную на соответствующий расчетный период предельную величину базы, страховые взносы взимаются по пониженному тарифу либо не взимаются совсем. При этом учитывается сумма взносов, определяемая нарастающим итогом с начала расчетного периода (п. 3 ст. 421 Налогового кодекса).
