Сегодня был опубликован закон, которым сокращаются некоторые сроки, касающиеся выдачи сертификата на материнский капитал. С 11 ноября, то есть когда документ вступит в силу, территориальные органы ПФР будут выносить решение о выдаче сертификата либо об отказе в этом в течение 15 дней, а не месяца. Кроме того, для рассмотрения запросов ПФР другим госорганам отведено лишь пять дней вместо предусмотренных в настоящее время 14 дней (ч. 3-4 ст. 5 Федерального закона от 29 декабря 2006 г. № 256-ФЗ «О дополнительных мерах государственной поддержки семей, имеющих детей»).
