Минэкономразвития России предлагает предоставить компаниям малого и среднего бизнеса возможность скорректировать основной код общероссийского классификатора видов экономической деятельности (ОКВЭД) для получения мер господдержки в качестве пострадавших от последствий пандемии нового коронавируса. Соответствующее предложение внесено1 в Правительство РФ. По словам Министра экономического развития РФ Максима Решетникова, применяемый подход по оказанию мер поддержки МСБ с учетом ОКВЭД является вынужденным, однако он позволил оперативно предоставить помощь, несмотря на все его несовершенства. Министр отметил, что данный способ поддержки уже подвергался изменению путем возможности использования субъектами МСП не только основного ОКВЭД, но и дополнительного.
Теперь Минэкономразвития России предлагает предусмотреть возможность определения основного вида деятельности по коду ОКВЭД, уточненному субъектом МСП в ЕГРЮЛ или ЕГРИП в срок до 1 июля внутри класса (подкласса), группы (подгруппы), которые включают в себя код ОКВЭД пострадавших отраслей. Ожидается, что такое решение расширит список получателей господдержки более чем на 200 тыс. субъектов МСП.
