Совет ЕЭК 11 сентября принял решение о продлении до 31 марта 2021 года для физлиц сроков временного нахождения автомобилей и других транспортных средств на таможенной территории ЕАЭС, которые истекали 30 сентября, в связи с сохраняющейся пандемией COVID-19. На сайте ЕЭК отмечается1, что инициатива о продлении действия Решения Совета ЕЭК № 47 от 29 апреля 2020 г. исходила от Республики Беларусь. В этой связи граждане, которые временно ввезли автомобили и другую технику, до 31 марта следующего года освобождены от обязанности их обратного вывоза из ЕАЭС и не попадут под административные меры и уплату таможенных платежей. Данное решение также касается граждан, которые приехали из Калининградской области на своих автомобилях, растаможенных в льготном порядке, и не могут вернуться домой.
Кроме того, Совет ЕЭК приостановил до 31 марта следующего года течение 18-месячного срока, когда возможен льготный беспошлинный ввоз на таможенную территорию ЕАЭС личного имущества иностранными гражданами, получившими статус лица, переселившегося на постоянное место жительства в ЕАЭС, беженца, вынужденного переселенца. Решение распространяется на случаи, возникшие в период с 1 марта 2020 года по 31 марта 2021 года. Одновременно члены Совета ЕЭК договорились о совместной работе по организации обмена информацией между государствами ЕАЭС по вопросам перемещения личных транспортных средств на территории Союза, что позволит повысить безопасность на дорогах пяти стран.

Помимо этого, члены Совета ЕЭК согласовали подходы к введению маркировки молочной продукции на территории ЕАЭС. Как отмечает2 Минэкономразвития России, стороны договорились доработать перечень молочной продукции, на которую будет введена маркировка, а также проинформировать представителей бизнеса о сроках введения маркировки. Ожидается, что данная мера значительно сократит долю некачественной продукции на общем рынке Союза.
Стороны также установили размер пошлины при обращении представителей бизнеса в Суд ЕАЭС. Ее размер составит 47 тыс. 846 руб., что значительно меньше, чем в других интеграционных объединениях.
На Совете ЕЭК были обсуждены и иные вопросы. Следующее заседание Совета состоится 18 сентября.
