Сегодня утром ушел из жизни советник Президента РФ, председатель ВАС РФ в отставке, член-корреспондент РАН, председатель Совета Исследовательского центра частного права, заслуженный юрист РФ, профессор, д. ю. н. Вениамин Фёдорович Яковлев. Об этом сообщается на официальном сайте ФПА РФ.
Он был выдающимся ученым и блестящим юристом, сыграл значительную роль в становлении и развитии независимого правосудия в стране. Вениамин Фёдорович – автор более 150 научных работ в области права и один из создателей Конституции РФ. Он также был награжден орденом «За заслуги перед Отечеством» I, II и III степеней, медалью имени А.Ф. Кони «За заслуги в российской юриспруденции», золотым почетным знаком «Общественное признание», почетным гражданским орденом Золотой крест «За служение обществу» и другими наградами.
Вениамин Яковлев был одним из самых уважаемых экспертов, которые принимали участие в работе портала ГАРАНТ.РУ. Выступал в качестве члена Научно-экспертного совета и жюри Всероссийского конкурса «Правовая Россия», высказывал мнение относительно необходимости принятия единого процессуального кодекса, был спикером на Всероссийском юридическом форуме.
Он был убежден, что право – это искусство, и ему нужно служить.
