Так, по 30 июня 2021 года уведомление о принадлежащих цифровых финансовых активах, цифровых правах, включающих одновременно цифровые финансовые активы и иные права, об утилитарных цифровых правах и цифровой валюте должны представить:
гражданин, поступающий на должность руководителя федерального госучреждения; граждане, претендующие на замещение должностей в организациях, созданных для выполнения задач, поставленных перед Правительством РФ, при назначении на которые подаются сведения о доходах, имуществе и обязательствах имущественного характера.
