Право на поддержку имеют также люди с инвалидностью от 18 до 23 лет, если они обучаются в школах или интернатах по основным общеобразовательным программам.

Пользователи Единого портала госуслуг уже начали получать уведомления о возможности получения выплаты, но если оно не придет, подать заявление можно будет самостоятельно с 15 июля (как через портал госуслуг, так и лично в отделении ПФР).
Понадобятся следующие документы: паспорт, свидетельство о рождении ребенка, данные СНИЛС родителя и ребенка, реквизиты банковского счета. Если в семье подрастают несколько школьников, писать заявление на каждого из них не нужно, достаточно одного.
Деньги перечислят в августе — декабре 2021 года, самые первые выплаты начнутся с 16 августа.
«Школьные» выплаты не будут учитываться в составе дохода семьи при назначении других мер социальной поддержки.
Напомним, о выплатах на детей к 1 сентября объявил Президент РФ Владимир Путин в ходе Послания Федеральному Собранию 21 апреля 2021 года. Соответствующий указ был принят в начале июля (Указ Президента РФ от 2 июля 2021 г. № 396 «О единовременной выплате семьям, имеющим детей»).
